Client brief
Entrepreneur that requires assistance setting up their new venture, but does not have the capacity/budget for a full time PA.
Limited time to focus on the administrative side of setting up a business -arranging insurance, configuring accounting software, website design, and project managing the business launch.
Time management struggles - overwhelmed by the amount of work to do and no idea where to start.
Stressed trying to juggle starting a business and managing family life.
Will need to travel for work but needs guidance on how to create a system to ensure they stay organised whilst travelling.
How I can help
Week One
Together, we will review, analyse and set the foundations for the next six weeks.
Set up access to documentation and systems in a secure, shared workspace.
We’ll run through how to establish your office - create an inventory of what you’ll need to ensure you’re set up for success.
Run through the steps for creating a simple, yet effective hard copy and electronic filing system.
Week Two
Inbox Management; together, we’ll implement filing systems; colour coding, flagging. scheduling emails. We will also run through how to create the perfect email signature.
Diary review - Together, we’ll create a calendar where all tasks, events and appointments are put in a centralised location. Ensure recurring tasks, reminders and colour coding systems are in place to ensure maximum organisation with minimal stress.
Implement a quarterly goal setting system for your business.
Week Three
Business Travel: scheduling, itinerary template, ensuring everything is organised before you leave.
How to plan and manage your workload - we’ll populate your bespoke to-do list, which will streamline tasks into a manageable system. We’ll integrate tasks alongside your daily schedule, so you can plan in tandem with personal commitments and social events etc.
Week Four
Your little black book: we’ll consolidate your business contacts into one place. Anything from taxi companies, couriers, restaurants, hotels, event venues, etc. Everything you need, all in one place.
Client/Customer Database; We’ll prepare a system to consolidate your clients into an organised database.
Week Five
Keeping on top of finances; we’ll prepare a system to ensure your budgets, invoices, tax reporting and accounting software are set up and ready to use.
Event Planning - together, we’ll create a simple yet effective process to ensure any future events are planned and managed seamlessly.
Week Six (Handover)
Closing call. Review progress made and ensure you are happy with all the systems and processes we have created.
