Yes, I ask all my clients to sign up to a minimum of one month. This way, we’ll have enough time to get to know each other and decide if we work well together.

Your schedule may vary depending on the time of year – I am flexible to your business needs and appreciates the level of demand for administrative support may fluctuate. All you need to do is email me to submit a change order request – this must be done with at least two weeks notice before the intended changes are due to take place.

Documentation is saved in a secure cloud platform, which you will be able to access at all times in order to have full transparency.

My schedule is organised in a way that allows me to balance my time between clients, so that I can work with each of my clients feeling refreshed, enthusiastic and focused. I ensure I make space to switch off and re-focus before working with my next client.

Your legal and regulatory rights are of the utmost importance to me. A full Data Protection Impact Assessment will be carried out before we work together. I also regularly check documentation to ensure I am only holding onto information that is current and relevant to the client.
